Our role
Commonwealth Housekeeping helps connect people looking for residential cleaning with independent cleaning providers. We collect your request and may arrange an introduction based on your needs and provider availability. We do not employ the cleaning team or perform the cleaning.
A request is not a booking
Submitting the form requests a quote and an introduction. It does not reserve a cleaner, confirm an appointment, or guarantee provider availability. Your independent provider confirms the scope, pricing, schedule, and any special requests before you decide whether to book.
Pricing and payment
No payment is collected through this website to submit a quote request. Cleaning charges, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, and any remedies for service concerns are agreed directly with the provider. Commonwealth Housekeeping may receive compensation from providers for introductions.
Agree on the details
Before booking, confirm what is included, products and equipment, special surfaces, access arrangements, building requirements, and any insurance documentation you need. Photographs on this website illustrate a style of home and care; they are not evidence of completed customer projects.
Finishing touches and specialist tasks must be agreed with your provider. A referral does not guarantee a specific team, result, price, insurance coverage, or availability. Service concerns about a completed clean should be raised with the independent provider responsible for the work.
Use accurate information
Please submit a request only for a service you are authorized to arrange and provide contact details that belong to you. Do not use the forms for unsolicited advertising, automated abuse, or sending someone else’s private information without their permission.

These terms describe the referral service available through this website. The separate agreement between you and your chosen provider governs the cleaning appointment.
