Commonwealth Housekeeping is a residential cleaning referral service. This notice explains the information collected when you request a cleaning quote or contact us about your information.
What you choose to share
A quote request includes your name, email, optional phone number, preferred contact method, ZIP code, home type and size, cleaning preferences, timing, and any notes you provide. We also record your agreement to share the request with an independent cleaning provider.
Please do not include entry codes, alarm instructions, financial details, or other sensitive access information. You can arrange access directly with a provider after you decide to book.
Why we use it
We use your details to review your inquiry, help identify an appropriate independent provider, arrange an introduction when available, and respond about your request. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Who may receive it
Your request and contact details may be shared with an independent cleaning provider to respond to the service you requested. Providers are separate businesses responsible for their own booking arrangements, work, and handling of information they receive. We use Netlify to host the public website and process form submissions, including spam filtering. Submitted inquiries are stored in Netlify and may be delivered to our business email inbox so we can respond and coordinate with a provider. Our hosting, email, and other service providers process information for these purposes.
We may disclose information when required by law or to address misuse and protect the service. No cleaning provider receives your information merely because you browse this website.
Basic source and security information
When you submit a request, we may record the page where you arrived, the referring website’s hostname, and campaign labels in the link you followed. These help us understand which sources lead to relevant inquiries. A session-only browser entry keeps these labels as you move between pages.
This version does not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting and security services may process technical request information. Netlify and our other service providers may process IP addresses and other request information for security, spam prevention, and service operation.
Keeping and correcting your information
We keep inquiry records to handle your request and related follow-up. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information using the form below. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some records may need to be retained for a legal or operational reason. If a provider already received your details, you may also need to contact that provider about their records.
Privacy questions and requests
Use the email you supplied with your original inquiry and include your request reference if available. This form sends your privacy request for review; it does not immediately delete or disclose records. You can also email hello@commonwealthhousekeeping.com.
